New Yoga and Folk dance classes introduced
Desi Masti has added Yoga and Folk dance to its portfolio of classes to give its students new challenges, an opportunity to learn new skills and receive a better service.
Yoga is a series of mental, physical and spiritual exercises designed to achieve enlightenment. Practicing yoga brings benefits such as improved body strength and flexibility, focused mental state and general good health.
Folk dance is a major part of Indian culture and is often adopted in Bollywood dance. There are numerous folk dance styles which are usually distinctive to a particular geographical area, for example Garba dance is a Gujarati folk dance form, Bhangra and Giddha are Punjabi folk dances and Ghoomar is Rajasthani.
The new classes intend to improve existing Desi Masti students’ skills base and encourage new students to join up.
